ARE THE STONES NATURAL?

Yes. Depending on the design, our pieces may feature natural materials such as amber, turquoise, pearls, pink opal, and lapis lazuli. Subtle variations in color, texture, shape, and translucency are part of their natural character and make every piece unique.

WILL MY EARRINGS LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE PHOTOS?

Because natural stones are not manufactured to look identical, each one may vary slightly. We carefully match every pair for overall color, proportion, and balance while preserving the natural character of the materials.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Each TAVRENZA piece is handcrafted. Please allow approximately 10–15 business days from the date your order is placed to delivery. This timeframe includes production, order processing, and shipping.
Tracking information will be sent by email once your order has been shipped. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on destination, local carriers, and holidays.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER OR REPORT AN ISSUE?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible within 7 days of placing your order. Because every TAVRENZA piece is handcrafted, orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with photos of the issue. Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Please note that natural materials may vary slightly in color, texture, shape, and translucency. These natural variations are not considered defects. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for non-quality-related reasons.

WILL THE EARRINGS FEEL HEAVY?

Each pair is thoughtfully balanced in terms of stone size, quantity, drop length, and overall weight, and is wear-tested with everyday comfort in mind.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY EARRINGS?

To keep your jewelry looking its best, avoid prolonged contact with water, perfume, lotions, and other chemicals
After wearing, gently wipe your earrings with a soft dry cloth and store them separately in a dry jewelry box or pouch. Natural stones, amber, and pearls should also be protected from excessive heat, strong impact, and prolonged direct sunlight.
